Problem: I keep getting flat tyres but I don't have a puncture

Solution 1: Chances are, your tyre needs replacing. To avoid this in the future, it makes sense to check the pressure on your tyres every once in a while.

Problem: Brakes aren't working properly - my brakes are loose, my brakes squeak and squeal and worst of all, my brakes aren't very effective.

There are 0 comments on this problem.

Solution 1: Key things you need to do: (1) Tighten the loose brakes. You can do this by either opening the brake nut and tightening the cable, or just adjust the barrel adjuster by the brake lever. (2) Squeaky brakes usually need to be cleaned. Clean the brake pads and the tyres. Make sure they are fully dry and there is no soap or any other lubricant on the brake pads before you use them. (3) If your brakes aren't working properly, you might need to replace the brake pads. This is cheap and relatively easy to do - you can do it yourself or go to a bike shop.

Problem: My saddle is stuck.

There are 0 comments on this problem.

Solution 1: You can try gently dripping a lubricant down the saddle post and hopefully this will help. If not, you might need to take it to a bike shop to avoid further damage.
To avoid this in the future, make sure you regularly clean the area where the saddle post meets the frame, particularly if you've been somewhere dirty.

Problem: My bike is stiffer to pedal than it used to be.

There are 0 comments on this problem.

Solution 1: Clean and lubricate your chain. Don't use motor oil, use specialist bike oil. You don't need very much. Only apply to the area between links, not to the side of the chain. Make sure it's clean first.
Alternative Solution: Check the gears for rust or dirt.

- there is an unsealed BB with 1/4 inch bearings. So I've replace bearings a year ago. And now again there is same problem. Any one know the size for Sealed Bottom Bracket?
